Kelsch Associates, Inc. is a privately operated social service agency administering a variety of residential and adult day supports. We are dedicated to serving individuals by empowering them to live personally fulfilling lives. Our service is provided by a competent, committed staff through a consistent, caring, “family-oriented” and home-like environment resulting in individual satisfaction, growth and a sense of belonging.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of our individual-oriented agency is to encourage individuals with intellectual disabilities to become empowered to “live life to its fullest”. We accomplish this by providing a healthy and safe environment for those we support along with an understanding that each individual has the right to make decisions affecting their welfare. Our agency philosophy helps detail the principles we use to fulfill our purpose.

Additionally, Quality Management focuses our efforts in a planned and continuous process of improvement for our agency which will lead to a higher quality of life for the individuals.
