Quality Assurance Director
Venice started working with Kelsch Associates, Inc. as the Quality Assurance Specialist in October 2018. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Lynchburg College in 2010. She's had previous experience in Incident Management, Service Coordination, and Community Learning Services. She enjoys working closely as a team with adminstrators and staff as well as, attending birthday parties and celebrations with consumers.
John Daskou
Quality Assurance
John has worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 30 years. The sense of fulfillment that John receives, from this job, is unmatchable, in others. Each day is different, and there are challenges that spur his interest, and personal growth. There is always something new to learn, which keeps the job from being mundane.
The individuals John has worked with have provided him with great experiences, and life-lessons that he deeply values. John has thoroughly enjoyed his career, and he hopes that newer employees consider this perspective.

Nicki Bobak
Trainer
Nicki started with Kelsch Associates, PA in April 2001. Throughout her years of employment Nicki has held many positions; such as Certified Investigator, Adult Training Center Supervisor, Minimal Supervision Supervisor, Program Support Specialist, and Caseworker. Nicki has been a CPR/FA Instructor and Certified Medication Trainer since 2006.
Nicki most enjoys working with our consumers and coaching our staff.
